General timeline for Pre-Orders but subject to change. Pre-Orders are estimated to ship in 3-4 months from the date the pre-orders closed.

1. Week 1 & 2 : Uncapped pre-orders are open and you are able to order, after pre-order period (7-14 Days) is over orders can still be placed at a capped capacity. Once pre-order is closed items go into production.
2. Production:  Production begins, estimated to take around 35-45 days excluding public holidays but can take longer depending on the complexity of the product. 
3. Sea Shipping: Once Production is done it takes our manufacturer 1-2 week to prepare and ship all the items to us. Once its on the shipping vessel, it  can take 25-35 days to arrive to our warehouse.
4. Fulfillment: As soon as the items arrive, we will begin fulfilling your orders. Keep in mind we don't outsource this, we are a small team of 3 people. This can take 5-10 days depending on the volume of orders.
