Ordering
Shipping + Delivery
Once an order is placed, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order ships.
(For in stock items only, pre-order items will ship once they have completed production)
During high volume times (like holidays or new launches) orders may take an additional 1-2 business days.
General
Returns & Exchanges

Not completely in love with your purchase ? Although it breaks our hearts we completely understand!
For both returns and exchange customers must agree to our terms below.
Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received (unwashed, unworn, no damage, stains or odors). Items must be neatly folded, does not have to be perfect but please ensure it is neat.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Mail returns in a secure parcel to avoid damage during shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the criteria mentioned.
For exchanges as long as the item is in stock we can proceed with a size exchange. Customers will be invoice for the cost of the return and new shipping label to process the exchange.
For returns the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
If an item fails to meet the criteria you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to you as is.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
For international orders duties + taxes will be collected during checkout (If applicable) along with shipping.
Item Care
We recommend spot cleaning or hand washing when needed.
Be careful if using washing or drying machine. Hardware details like metal rivets may become damaged over time from snagging on other clothes or banging in the machines.
Use cold water and avoid high heat.
