FAQ
Q: What does pre-order mean?
A: A pre-order means an item is not in stock but available for you to purchase. This guarantees that you'll secure the item before it sells out.
Q: I ordered both an in stock + pre-order item. When will my order ship?
A: If your cart contains both an in stock and pre-ordered item, orders will ship once all items are complete.
Please keep this in mind if you wish to place separate orders for in stock and pre-ordered items.
Q: I have a pending order with both in stock and pre-ordered items. Can I request the in stock items ship sooner?
A: Absolutely! Please email Ashley at hi@artamiz.com with your order #. We're happy to ship any available items ahead of time. There will be a split shipping fee invoiced to you.
General Timeline
General timeline for pre-orders are subject to change.
Pre-order timelines vary but typically take 12-16 business weeks from purchase to fulfillment. Occasionally we may experience delays from the manufacturer. Any known delays will be updated on the tracker.
1. Week 1+2 (7-14 days)
Uncapped pre-orders are open and you are able to place an order securing your item.
After the uncapped pre-order window closes, bulk is ordered and production begins. A slightly higher amount is ordered for bulk and this allocated inventory is available for purchase at a capped capacity. Once this stock is sold out that is all the inventory on the way.
2. Production (35-45 days excluding public holidays)
Production begins a few days after the pre-order window closes. Production may take longer depending on the complexity of the product.
3. Sea Shipping
Production is complete and bulk is prepared for sea shipping (1-2 weeks) once bulk is on the shipping vessel, it can take (25-35 days) to arrive to our warehouse.
4. Fulfilment
As soon as items arrive, we will begin fulfilling orders.
Keep in mind we don't outsource this, we are a small team of 3 people. This can take (7-14 business days ) depending on the volume of orders.
